Home Care:

Hearts for Dementia is committed to delivering unparalleled home care services. These services are characterized by personalized support planning. The planning is tailored to the unique needs of individuals affected by dementia. Our commitment extends to making a meaningful and positive impact on the lives of those we serve, incorporating specialized caregiver training, personalized support plans, and a holistic care approach. With 90% of our clients facing Dementia, our caregivers gain continuous exposure, fostering a deep understanding of the challenges associated with Dementia. We tailor activities to individual preferences and foster a sense of familiarity. Our goal is to enhance the overall well-being of our clients facing Dementia.

Mental Health Services:

Up to 90% of people suffering from dementia will experience behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, that is anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, agitation, hallucinations and more. Our services are tailored to improve the quality of life for people suffering from dementia and their primary caregivers. Caregivers caring for people with dementia are likely to experience anxiety, depression, and health complications. Psychotherapy and medication management assists individuals with dementia and their primary caregivers with their overall mental health and well-being. We provide supportive services and ensure a tailored and effective treatment plan to enhance quality of life.

Dementia Education:

We empower families with knowledge and understanding to navigate the challenges of Dementia. We utilize a dynamic approach by creating informative and engaging videos that provide visual insights into various aspects of dementia. I was referred to Hearts for Dementia by another caregiving agency that could not provide help with my mother on the somewhat random schedule that I needed at the time.
